In the United States, peptides that are not scheduled under the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) and are not FDA-approved drugs may be lawfully manufactured, sold, and possessed for legitimate research purposes. Noble Peptides operates exclusively within this framework.
We do not sell compounds listed on DEA Schedules I–V, nor do we sell compounds designed to mimic the pharmacological effects of scheduled substances in a manner that would trigger the Federal Analogue Act (21 U.S.C. § 813). Our legal counsel reviews our catalog on an ongoing basis.
